We worked together with the employees of Yurakucho Station to create a truly international IPA. We used a plethora of ingredients from 6 different countries (USA, France, Australia, Germany, England, and Japan). Greatly balanced bitterness with citrus fruits, spice, and herbal notes. Hooray! It’s beer time! And what better way to start than with a crushable session IPA? Piney and spicy citrus notes in the nose, and a heavy grapefruit flavor combined with a dry finish that allows this beer to go down easy and will have you asking for one more!

Brewed in memory of the famous US homebrewer, Tasty McDole’s “Janet’s Brown”. Just the right balance of malty chocolaty goodness and the hoppiness of two classic hops, cascade and centennial. A little taste of malt and hops ain’t enough for us; we gotta have a flavor explosion and you’re going to get just that!

A light and refreshing German-style pilsner using only the highest quality malt and hops imported direct from Germany. Like the Azabujuban area of Tokyo this Pilsner has true class.

For the first collaboration beer of the year, we were honored to brew up this coffee infused Schwarzbier with Godspeed Brewing from Toronto. With just the right mix of crushed and whole bean coffee, we got a gentle but eye opening aroma, and a roasted backbone from the darker malts. Nothing says class like Asa-Ichi in your glass.

A prequel to our Boss series, this may not be The Boss, but this small, petit hazy pale ale definitely holds its own. With a healthy dose of Comet, Strata, and Nectaron, and a dry finish, this juice bomb is a great way to start the night, perhaps even the perfect first step to a long career in pint lifting.

Chur: A commonly heard greeting in New Zealand that can mean “Awesome!”, “Thanks!”, “Cheers!”, See you later”. This IPA uses heaps of New Zealand grown Rakau and Nelson Sauvin Hops. Chur! Japan Great Beer Awards 2024 Silver Medal Winner!

This is it, Brewer’s Cup 2023 Light Ale 2nd place, 2021 Beer 1 Grand Prix gold medal winning flagship pale ale. Just like the famous dating app, your first impression of this crisp beer heavily dry hopped with Mosaic and Citra hops will have you “swiping right” all night long.

This IPA is teeming with mosaic hops! Dank, tropical, and citrus aroma and flavors, coupled with juiciness, but retaining a west coast style bitterness, make this extremely quaffable. Much like the area of Tokyo it is named after, it’s the perfect blend of a traditional and modern IPA. Japan Great Beer Awards 2024 Silver Medal Winner!

Another 8.5% IIPA that is incredibly drinkable? That’s right, we’ve done it yet again. Amarillo and Galaxy give this beer a backbone of melon, peach, and passionfruit, and the dry hop of Nectaron adds a resiny tropical nose with no haze. This beer truly is Clear and Juicy Danger.

Our flagship IPA from when IPAs meant bitter but balanced, and clear! Deep and complex with 4 different malts and 4 different hops, including a big dry hop charge of Idaho 7. All of these hops lead to citrus, tropical and stone fruit notes with layers of pine cones and earthy tea. International Beer Cup 2023 Gold Medal Winner!
