The first "Hazy" IPA by Tokyo Aleworks, known for making clear beer. Using some Chit-malt from Germany to create a light haze before unloading a huge amount of Mosaic, Galaxy, and Citra hops for a juicy but only slightly hazy IPA.

Our flagship IPA from when IPAs meant bitter but balanced, and clear! Deep and complex with 4 different malts and 4 different hops, including a big dry hop charge of Idaho 7. Columbus hops are overwhelmingly popular for their bitterness, but when it comes to aroma, most don’t know how to handle them. In order to make Columbus a "Little Giant," the DH was assembled with Columbus as the main hop, and balanced with Mosaic and Simcoe to prevent its characteristics from becoming too strong. Aromas of dank, orange, and muscat, with a good mouthfeel from the extra wheat malt ensure this beer can hold its own.

We added 3 times the amount of hops (Cascade, Chinook, Columbus, Citra, Mosaic) of a normal IPA and only late hop additions after the boil, producing an aroma that like a certain famous person, is “Unbelievable!” International Beer Cup 2022 Bronze Medal Winner!
