This pale ale is made with Centennial and Citra hops as the base, and accented with Stata. A dank undertone adds to the clean and sweet citrus aromas and a tropical feel. A crisp bitterness and dry mouthfeel are balanced with citrus and tropical flavors. This is a great montage of hops from the 90's, 00's, and 10's.

For the first collaboration beer of the year, we were honored to brew up this coffee infused Schwarzbier with Godspeed Brewing from Toronto. With just the right mix of crushed and whole bean coffee, we got a gentle but eye opening aroma, and a roasted backbone from the darker malts. Nothing says class like Asa-Ichi in your glass.

This gose is made with a ton of watermelon puree!The irresistible watermelon aroma, sourness, and saltiness are well balanced to create a cool easy-drinking beer. It is the perfect beer to either start or end a night of drinking.

On our second beer using uchiwa cactus, we went for a more restrained and balanced profile. Mixing Farmhouse saison and PhillySour yeast, we ended up with aromatic esters from the Farmhouse strain, smooth peach and subtle tartness with a gentle acidic finish from PhillySour, and of course a pink hue from the cactus, all adding to the juiciness. No slacking off this time, we’re ‘farming’ for flavor!

Tokyo Aleworks & TL Pearce Tokyo Dry Gin has created the first tap gin sonic! Using premium gin produced by TL Pearce, Tokyo Aleworks collaborated with TL Pearce to create this delicious gin sonic (soda water & tonic water).

The oldest Single Malt Scotch whisky from the Isle of Skye mixed with the perfect amount of carbonated soda and poured straight from the tap. T.A.S.T.Y. is only the second bar in world to offer this truly premium highball on tap (the first is our main taproom in Itabashi)
