Tokyo Aleworks is more than just IPAs! This new weizen is brewed in the image of the famous German Schneider Weisse, a little darker in color than a regular Weizen, and has just the right balance of yeasty aroma and flavor that only a Weizen can have. This is what Weisse is all about.

This collaboration between The Guam Brewery is a year in the making. Sharing a label design, both breweries made a beer, taking inspiration from the island of Guam. This porter is inspired by ever tasty Macadamia Nut cookies popular with tourist. Not overly sweet, hints of macadamia nuts, and just enough chocolate to balance it out.

When in the concrete jungle, there’s nothing like finding an oasis of great beer. This IPA, brewed with Hatos in Nakameguro, brings you strong grapefruit and sweet citrus, backed up with some subtle tropical notes. This will ensure you’ll keep on keepin’ on.

Starting with an Imperial Oatmeal Stout base, we blended in a Sherry Cask aged Imperial stout, added some coffee, and a touch of vanilla. The result, an incredibly drinkable high ABV stout. Have no remorse in enjoying 2 or 3 of these in a sitting.

This triple IPA is brewed in the image of a great high alcohol IPA everyone at titans loves. And it’s named for the someone we all love dearly. Grapefruit forward citrus, with hints of orange and other sweet citrus, it may be bitter and 10%, but it drinks easy. All hail the Beerdologist.

This pastry sour has plenty of guava and peach puree and lactose for a moderate body. With just the right amount of acidity, fruit aroma, and esters from the yeast, every pint is a glass of fruity freshness.
